Cold conditions and a rather nasty accident backing up I-44, resulted in a light turnout for the final event in the Third Thursday Series. Controls were set off-trail this time with trail routes getting you close.Jeff Sona turned in a strong performance on the 7K course to take the win.

Thanks to all those who participated this year. We kept it very low key while we sorted out wether a meet a month was doable. Having proven the concept, look for larger fields next year as we will do some publicity. The first event will be a sprint in March.
